Dr. Dhyanesh Suresh
Dr. Dhyanesh Suresh calls Joplin his hometown. He has also lived in India, Ireland, England, and North Carolina, which helped shape a wide view of people and healthcare experiences. He graduated a valedictorian from Joplin High School in 1996, then earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Truman State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2005. Dr. Suresh worked in public health for the first 2 years after graduating dental school, providing much needed dental care for the underserved in Kansas City. He then worked in Dental offices in Independence and Overland Park before eventually finding his way to the team at Jungmeyer Dental.

After dental school, Dr. Suresh spent two years in public health, providing dental care for underserved patients in Kansas City. That early work shaped a service mindset that still guides his daily clinical approach. He then practiced in dental offices in Independence and Overland Park before joining the Jungmeyer Dental team.
Dr. Suresh is known for detailed clinical work and a strong focus on patient comfort. Many patients feel nervous about dental visits. A careful, gentle approach helps patients relax, ask questions, and stay consistent with preventive care. Dr. Suresh also stays engaged with modern techniques and technologies and enjoys bringing that experience into daily care.
Outside the office, Dr. Suresh and his wife stay busy with their teenage daughter and middle school son. He enjoys gaming, tech, and automotive interests, plus soccer and tennis, and everything ‘nerdy’.
